Login Procedure

Welcome to the Web Application! When you access the main page, you will be presented with the login screen, as shown below:

Steps to Login

Step 1: Understand Your Login Options

The login screen offers two ways to access the application:

  1. Login with Username and Password
    This option is for users who have been invited to access the application. These users fall into one of the following roles:
  2. Plant Owner
  3. Plant User

To log in: - Enter your Username and Password in the provided fields. - Click the Sign in button.

  1. Login with Microsoft Active Directory (AD)
    This option is for users who are either:
  2. Administrators
  3. Guards

To log in: - Click the Sign in with Microsoft button. - Follow the prompts to authenticate with your Microsoft account.

Note:
- You might be prompted for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) depending on whetheready have an active session.
- If prompted, approve the request using your registered authentication method (e.g., mobile app or email code).

Step 2: Access the Application

After successfully logging in, you will be redirected to the application's main view, where you can start using its features.

Troubleshooting

  • Ensure you use a secure network when logging in.
  • If you encounter MFA issues, verify your registered authentication method is available and functional.
  • Contact the support team if you face difficulties accessing the application or require assistance.
