Import Spot Price¶
Case description¶
- Official spot price data is normally imported automatically into the ETMP application.
- However, in certain situations, such as technical issues, delays in data publication, or temporary communication problems, the import may not be completed successfully.
- The ETMP application continues trying to retrieve the data for up to one hour after the official release time.
- If the data is still unavailable after this period, the user can manually enter the Official spot price values, allowing the ETMP application to continue operating correctly.
Solution¶
- Open the Prices screen and select the relevant date.
- In the Energy tab, click Edit Values.
- Enter the missing Official price values for each required 15-minute interval.
- All available fields must be completed until the end of the selected day. Partial entry is not allowed.
- Click Save.
- Review the confirmation message and click Yes, save all values to confirm the manual entry.
- After confirmation, the entered values cannot be edited or reverted.

Export Capacity bids¶
Case description¶
- Export Capacity bids functionality is intended as a backup procedure in situations where the connection between the ETMP application and the ECP/EDX platform is unavailable or not working correctly.
- If Capacity bids cannot be exchanged automatically due to the connection issue, users can export the Capacity bid groups and continue the process manually.
Solution¶
- Open the Bids and Activities screen, select the Capacity tab, and configure the required Capacity options (product, transmission area, regulation direction, and delivery date).
- Open the Capacity options menu and select Export all capacity bids.
- Confirm the operation by clicking Yes.
- Wait until the export process starts successfully.

- Open the Logs screen and navigate to the Messages tab.
- Locate the completed export process and click Download data as XML to download the exported Capacity bid groups.

Create unit schedule manually¶
Case description¶
- Create unit schedule manually is intended for situations when a unit schedule needs to be created manually for Today or Tomorrow.
- This functionality is particularly useful when the assets still need to operate, but the planning and bidding deadlines have already passed.
- A unit schedule is created for a single unit by defining the required time interval, power (MW) and, where applicable, the TSO product.
- Additional schedules for the same unit can be created by repeating the process for a different time interval.
Solution¶
- Open the Schedules screen and navigate to the Unit schedule tab.
- Select the required plant and date (Today or Tomorrow).
- Click Create schedule.
- Select the required unit from the drop-down list.
- Define the required time interval and enter the power (MW).
- Select the TSO product, where applicable.
- Click Add.
- Repeat the process to create additional schedules for the same or another unit, if needed.

Case description¶
- Regenerate all schedules is intended as a backup procedure in rare cases, such as system outages or similar events, when unit schedules need to be regenerated manually.
- It can also be used when Power Exchange results have already been published, but unit schedules have not been generated for the won bids.
- The operation regenerates unit schedules for all units within the selected country for Tomorrow.
Solution¶
- Open the Settings screen and navigate to the Administrator control tab.
- Open the Schedules section and select the required country.

Case description¶
- Synchronize schedules is intended as a backup procedure in rare cases when unit schedules already exist in the ETMP application but need to be synchronized with external systems.
- The operation sends the existing unit schedules for all plants to external systems (e.g. Holtec, claVis or Asti) to ensure all systems contain the same schedule data.
- Synchronization is performed for all plants within the selected country for Today and Tomorrow.
Solution¶
- Open the Settings screen and navigate to the Administrator control tab.
- Open the Schedules section and select the required country.
- Select Synchronize schedules for all plants.
